We also have a pbxphone system that will be included with the BugOut system.
If you go to google play and download a sip client such as PortSIP Softphone that's what would be needed for local or internet access.
Download "PortSIP Softphone as a client to use on our or other iiab systems.

We used BBS's (Bulletin board Systems) where people would phone in and connect.
You need to download the following file to use a terminal simulator which will connect to my BBS
